  Extremely helpful and friendly at first. Bought two ex hire kilt outfits of the peg with all the usual accessories. I had mentioned at the time that they felt a bit too large for me ie in length and width but I put all my trust in the gentleman's expertise and assurances - I thought they would know best? However, after visiting a local kilt hire specialist nearer to me to have the kilts altered after some weight loss, I was told as soon as I put them on they were far too long. I was also surprised to learn the kilts were a size 40" when on my purchase, I was told I was a 36"? I have never owned any trousers or jeans etc over a 34" waist. I therefore returned to Hendersons shop hoping to find a resolution but I was told that since I had already discussed things with another business there was nothing they could do and, he had nothing more to say on the matter. I can only assume this person just wanted to clear his old stock whether they were right for me or not. I feel completely ripped and taken advantage of.
